Report Finds Online Threats to Children Overblown - NYTimes.com.  Child predators aren’t a joking matter, but neither is blasting social networks as a cause for the problem.

I count Nick Huhn as a friend and a very sharp mind at that.  His 2008 summary is quite personal, but he also learned a few lessons we can all use.

• Content may be king, but context reigns supreme
• some things are free because that’s all they’re worth
• not all who wander are lost …
